Sensory and Consumer Testing Training

InnoFoodAfrica partners organized a training program on Sensory and Consumer Testing to be held from 25 March 2021 to 24 June 2021. The training will take place virtually through Microsoft Teams. This is a golden opportunity for all food chain actors, to learn how to use sensory and consumer research in supporting successful plant-based product innovations for creating more sustainable food systems. The training seeks to equip participants with the knowledge, skills and tools required not only to effectively and successfully conduct food product sensory testing in South Africa, Kenya, Uganda and Ethiopia, but also to promote a culture of making sensory science an integral part of the whole food value system.
