The research highlights the growing issue of overweight and obesity among Kenyan mothers in Nairobi. This challenge has been amplified by rapid urbanization and changing dietary habits. 🏙️🍔
The study also brings to light the rise of non-communicable diseases (NCDs) in Kenya, particularly among urban residents and women. 🏥💡
The authors have meticulously conducted a needs assessment, prepared matrices of change objectives, selected theory-informed intervention methods, produced program components and materials, and planned for program adoption, implementation, maintenance, and evaluation. 📈🎯
